RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Buying Online  

If the item you have ordered isn't right, you have 14 days to return it to us at the address below. All items must be returned in its original condition with the original tags and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. When we receive your items, they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above, a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email. 

If the item you have ordered is faulty, please send it back to the address below. Once the item is received, we will inspect it and a replacement item or a full refund will be given.

Buying In Store 

Change of Heart? If you change your mind, you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. 

If you find a fault with your item, please return the item in store within 28 days, where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
